Road Cycling UK just posted a couple of short reviews on ’07 budget wheels (just under $200 for the set) from Fulcrum and Campagnolo. Fulcrum’s new Racing 7 line will feature red anodized hoops with Sapim spokes, and can be coupled to cassettes from either Shimano or Campagnolo. Campagnolo’s offering includes the ’07 Vento which features a “crows foot” laced front wheel and standard or “grouped threee” laced rear wheels. Overall RCUK was pretty upbeat on these wheels, describing the Fulcrums as “excellent” for the price.
