Campagnolo announced they will be integrating a series of design improvements into their 2007 product line.

Cranksets: For 2007 Campagnolo will release their new Ultra-Torque crankset which features an integrated bottom bracket that saves weight and increases rigidity. In addition, Campy says the new design will offer riders added room around their ankles and shoes so they will not need to “shift their cleats to broaden the position of the feet and therefore of the pedal stroke.”

10 Speeds For All: In 2007 Campagnolo will bring 10 speed drive-trains to the Xenon and Mirage group sets. This upgrade means the entire Campy group set range will be available in ten-speeds.

Campy_Record_Skeleton.jpg Brakes: Campagnolo brakes for 2007 will include the Skeleton, a differentiated brake that has a powerful front brake and a progressive rear.

Shifters: For 2007 left-hand Ergopower controls, will be of the Quick Shift variety. The change will again reduce the force required to shift gears.

Campy_Record_Hub.jpgHubs: Hubs for the 2007 have been redesigned, and will sport a revised look. Quick-releases for the Record and Centaur lines, also redesigned, are lighter, with a symmetrical fulcrum lever.
