Bicycling has been putting Louis Garneau’s Wind Buster jacket through its paces, and had offered up a positive review. Bicycling says the jacket, which they describe as a “wind-blocking vest with breathable sleeve, performed well without excessive bulk or weight. It also got high marks for effectively wicking moisture away from the reviewer’s arms and back, while still doing a decent job of adjusting to varying core temperatures - as tested, the reviewer recommends the jacket be used between temperatures of 40F to 60F (4C to 15C.) Buyers can expect to pay around $70 for the jacket, and can choose from two colors: grey/black and yellow/black.
