Basso Wants Giro And Tour Wins In ‘07
We all know that Ivan Basso is eager to get back in the saddle, but yesterday he made his intentions clear saying that he’s gunning for victories in both the Tour and Giro this year. If he pulls it off, which we would not bet against, it would put Basso in a select club of riders including Bernard Hinault, and Eddy Merckx who achieved a double victory two times.
