By submitting content to Cyclistic through comments posted in Cyclistic, or by contributing other information or material to Cyclistic, the User grants Cyclistic and Solent a royalty-free, unrestricted, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, or distribute such contributed content. Solent has no responsibility for the content of any messages, information or materials uploaded, posted, distributed, or transmitted by users of Cyclistic. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties or any other users are those of the respective author(s) and not of Cyclistic or Solent.

Solent retains the right, but not the obligation in its sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, delete or refuse to post any third-party content that Solent deems to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms of Use. Solent reserves the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request. Jurisdiction

This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with New York law. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in New York State. If any provision is deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Non-United States Residents

Solent makes no representation that Cyclistic is appropriate or available for use in locations other than the United States of America. Those who choose to access Cyclistic from locations outside of the United States of America do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
